ORDER CHANGES
Since production of the lens for most orders begins within approximately 24 hours, any changes to your order must be made within 24 hours of order placement.
If you decide you’d like to change any aspect of your order, please contact our office at 800-211-2105 from 9-5 Pacific Time, M-F. If you are unable to connect by phone, or if our office is closed (including holidays/weekends), you must direct an e.mail to our lab at service@zennioptical.com in order for the change to be made. Any change must be documented and no refunds will be made in the absence of a time franked e.mail supporting the requested change.
If you have a single item to change in your prescription or selection, and it does not involve extensive order modification, we are happy to assist you in that change if requested within twenty-four hours. If, however, you wish to change many aspects of the order, we will simply cancel/refund that order, and you may then replace it directly online with your then specifications.
Changes will not be accepted, under any circumstance, without a documented request for the change request having been sent within the twenty-four hour period; if you wish to make changes subsequent to this period, the order may be cancelled and refunded in the amount of -50%, plus a refund of the shipping and handling charge of $4.95. Lens are custom made items, and this refund policy is generous, since there is no refund whatsoever of custom made merchandise in most instances.
