The prolific comedy genius Woody Allen once wrote a play called “The Floating Lightbulb.” Since glasses are a big part of his image, one day he might write a play called “The Floating Eyeglass Lens.” If he did, he could write it about this medium-sized, half-rim, hypoallergenic stainless steel Men’s eyeglasses frame with acetate spring-hinged temple arms. That’s because, even though it’s barely apparent from the picture, this frame has a floating lens design, which means that there’s a little bit of daylight where the lens edge meets the frame. (It’s most apparent when you use the 360-degrees feature and view the glasses with the temple arms directly facing you, using the little “magnifying glass” to enlarge the view of the lens-frame connection.) The gray and brown models feature two-tone temple arms, while each model’s temple arms have racy cutouts near the hinge. Don’t be surprised if you get admiring looks from such lookers as Annie Hall and Hannah and Her Sisters.
