MOST LIKED POSITIVE REVIEW: A great bargain!

I bought just the frames, a super bargain! My optician added the lenses. The optician asked what I paid for them. I asked him to guess and he said $180. He was floored when told I paid about $13, and not too happy when other customers overheard and asked where I bought them.... Read the Full Review

MOST LIKED NEGATIVE REVIEW: Good Deal

I ordered these as sunglasses. The frames appear as pictured. However, the gold looks more like plastic than metal. The plastic stems do not fit tightly to the metal so I will add some glue to ensure they do not separate at the joint. The progressive lenses are perfect, and the tint is just right.... I'am very happy with these glasses. I've been wearing them for approx. 3 weeks. Prescrip. seems perfect. I have the 1.61 lenses but I would recommend upgrading to the 1.67 or 1.74 lenses even if your prescrip. is only in the 5.00 range to keep a nice thin lens

My new glasses are great! I wear contacts most of the time but I wanted a new pair of glasses just in case. Zenni were more than $60 cheaper than any other option in Australia and they were delivered to me in Adelaide within 14 days.

Runs smaller than expected
  • Pros Scratch Resistant ,   Accurate Magnification ,   Stylish
  • Lenses Light Weight ,   Accurate Prescription ,   Glare
  • Cons Too Small ,   Uncomfortable
  • Describe Yourself Formal ,   Office Casual ,   Casual ,   Casual Dresser
  • Best Uses Formal ,   General/Distance ,   Definitely not for sports

First impression is that it runs a bit small. If compared to Rayban, round John Lennon specs, they're definitely about 25% smaller than that. Looks stylish, lightweight, agreed with plastic looking gold tone metal (no big deal). The eye plastic eye pads, however, rest a little too close under my eye
