I'm not sure I even have the right glasses
hace 4 díasThe process of reordering these glasses was exhausting! I waited online for 20 minutes to get help today for the reorder, and just gave up.
The first pair I ordered, I used the online PD Tool. It was incorrect. Sweet Alexa S. helped me with that after a 5 minute wait last night and 54 minutes online. Why can't you companies just use real people for customer support from the beginning?
Anyway, every time I tried to change the PD and save it today for the new order, it was changed back to the old number, and sometimes, a number I didn't even enter.
This is actually my 4th pair of Zenni glasses, though they don't all show up in my account, for some reason; and the first time I've had a problem with an order.
Your web site is really confusing. Why can't the prices of features be listed BEFORE putting them in the cart? I also put something in the cart, my price changed, and I couldn't find it in the cart to delete it. Maybe design it with the help of the people who will actually be using it.
That said, thanks again to the wonderful (I think, real) person I finally got to talk to last night. As soon as I get the glasses, I'll consider another review.
