hace 3 mesesWhile zenni did at first send them to the wrong address thankfully there was forwarding, though that did cause me a great amount of stress. The glasses though are EXACTLY how I like them, i've used these same frames for the past 3 prescriptions. There are a few reasons for that they are light, stay on tight, and offer plenty enough lens real estate.

In Help Center tried to reach for Customer sevice. Chat and Email should be 24/7 , but unfortunatelly clicking on Chat button does nothing and Email button leads to prompt "Oops, It looks like this form is missing!".
So if it's by design, it tells a lot about ZENNI :-(
