hace 5 añosA bit tight around my ears, will got get adjustments but for the rest they are perfect. I took the normal color grey and turns out to be darker witch I prefer like that. The sunglasses shade is dark enough that can’t see the eyes through.

Poor chat experience
hace 6 añosThis will be my 5th purchase from Zinni however the chat service was poor. I asked three questions regarding why i have to enter my credit info again despite it being on file, is the frame engraving still available and getting the heath care saving. Responses were so slow as it seemed like the person was looking up info or asking a third person. I had to prod to get response to second and third questions and responses were vague and not helpful. In the end and after over 30 mins I basically gave up. In my experience other online chats are more efficient and helpful. Lastly I phoned support directly and after waiting for 30 mins hung up. Disappointed to say the least.
