Price was great, Advanced 1.61 High-Index EyeQLenz Gray was so bad!
hace 4 díasUpon arrival, I contacted Zenni and aksed if I could return the glasses because I wasn't aware that the Advanced 1.61 High-Index EyeQLenz Gray would give my glasses a pink tint. They told me that because I intentiaonally ordered that lens, that it would take a new order and payment to replace them. So, I kept them.
Then a couple months later, a screw fell out of the arm, which couldn't be replaced. This time, they replaced the pair. But before they confirmed the replacement, I asked if I could get the replacement pair without the Advanced 1.61 High-Index EyeQLenz Gray. That was delcined as that would be a completely different pair of glasses and require me to pay again. I accepted the replacement that they agreed to provide.
Within a couple of months, I noticed the surface peeling/scratching but was told I couldn't return them because I had already used my warranty when I needed a replacement for the screw that came out of the arm that couldn't be repaired.
The service wasn't great and the Advanced 1.61 High-Index EyeQLenz Gray hasn't been good for my glasses, but the price is good for nice frames. I recently ordered a pair of glasses without the add-ons. Let's hope they serve me well.

Needed Prescription Sunglasses
hace 10 díasI had never heard of Zenni but I needed some prescription sunglasses quickly and I liked the frames, the price and best of all, they could get them to me quickly. When they arrived a few days earlier than expected, I tried them on and they were perfect! Great quality too. I am veru impressed.
