hace 18 díasLove the look of the glasses. Submitted my prescription from my optometrist, received the glasses ~2 weeks later and could not read a the words on a piece of paper even at arms length. Contacted Zenni for return, was told by the customers service rep that I had selected "single focal" incorrectly (I've never had or used bifocals or multifocal lenses). CS Rep adjusted my prescription settings to fit my need (reading fine print from close up to computer screen distance). Waited ~2 more weeks and upon receiving the glasses, they were worse than the first pair. Absolutely could not read anything close or at arms length away. Glasses from my Optometrist's office, I can read fine print at these distances. Gave up trying to get a second pair of glasses from Zenni.
