hace 2 mesesIt's been awhile since I used Zenni, but living outside the US and needing a pair of glasses after losing my good pair over the side of the boat fighting a group, I gave them a shot. Glasses got here in just over a week and emails kept me up to date on progress. Pretty darn quick. The glasses themselves were of good quality, had the correct RX, and fit as expected (ordered by lense, bridge, and arm size of my previous pairs).
I do wish I could order the bifocal reader a bit larger, as it is smaller than I'm used to, but small thing to complain about. I'm very happy with both the service, and the product.

hace 3 mesesThe frames are too heavy and are uncomfortable to wear. The quality of the lens is poor and vision is poor. I am unable to wear these to drive and had to switch back to my old glasses.

After two months, I can honestly say these are the best glasses I've ever owned!

I've been wearing glasses for over 15 years, and every time I went shopping for a new pair, I had to deal with overly flattering salespeople and frames that, more often than not, ended up looking far too big on my face.
With Zenni, the experience was completely different. In less than a day, I was able to find several frames that genuinely suited me, all from the comfort of home and without any of those distractions. In the end, I decided to go with this frame, which had just been released at the time.
The frame is very lightweight and features comfortable padded nose pads, yet it still feels every bit as sturdy and well-built as the glasses I've owned throughout my life.
What really made these glasses fit me so well, though, wasn't just the frame itself. Zenni's face shape selection, PD measurement, and the way the website lets you account for the glasses' positioning on your face made a huge difference. As a software developer myself, I genuinely appreciate how much work must have gone into creating such a useful and accurate system.
I bought these as my main pair for going out, while ordering another pair mainly for wearing at home and during long hours at the computer. For these, I chose the best lens setup I could find for my needs: Transitions GEN S Gray with the Blokz Boost coating. The result is an incredibly versatile pair of glasses that feels great outdoors, while still being comfortable enough to wear during my workday as a software developer.
After more than two months of wearing them, I can confidently say that these are the best glasses I've ever owned. The quality, comfort, fit, and versatility are outstanding — especially for such an affordable price.
