My only complaint with the process is that the Try On feature makes the glasses look bigger than they really are. As a test, I tried it with glasses I got at Zenni years ago. I put them on and then "tried on" the same frames, and they looked bigger than the ones I was wearing. So I had to figure out how the new ones would fit based on the dimensions. Aside from that, it all went well.
