Nice frames, but need significant adjustment
hace 3 mesesThis was my first time ordering from Zenni, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but the frames got here pretty fast and are as they appear in the product listing. The issue is that they arrived needing significant adjustment. Firstly, the legs of the glasses were very uneven. I think this may have been because they were placed in a rather tight zip-lock style bag within the case. When placed on my face, the glasses were very obviously crooked for that reason. Second, the nose pads were very far out, so the glasses fit very tightly on the nose. They are technically adjustable, but the nose pads are rather large and the metal they are sitting on is completely hidden behind them, so I didn't want to risk trying to adjust them with my hands as Zenni's instructions for adjusting them suggest, lest they break due to the pressure. I ended up taking the glasses to my local Costco Optical Center, where they immediately noted that the legs were very uneven and did their best to adjust both the legs and nose pads. They couldn't fix the issues entirely, but did manage to make them less obvious. I don't understand why the nose pads are so large on these glasses. Even pushing them all the way down and out of the way still leave them feeling tight on the face (if you have a larger than average nose). I like the frames and the lenses were done well, but I think I'll likely buy glasses that I can try on in person next time.
