Wrong Color Frame
hace un mesHad previously ordered an exact frame of eyeglasses so after going to the eye doctors and getting a new prescription I purchased the exact frames again same color but when the new eyeglasses arrived they were the wrong color and even the nose grips were different. I had to switch out lenses myself from the new frames to old frames but one of the lenses on the new frames was screwed on so tight I had to brake the frame just to release the lens. So I got new updated lenses but wrong frame that I had to destroy in order to switch out lenses so I could comfortably wear my updated prescription. Was disappointed but since I cannot be without my eyeglasses I can’t afford to wait for shipping to return and corrections to be made then wait for shipping to happen again I needed to use the new lenses asap.
