hace 15 horasI LOVED these glasses online. Looked at the measurements, virtually tried them on, got the perfect lenses.. gorgeous glasses. So excited to try them.
And then came the issues. I tried to adjust the nose pads and the piece snapped off. They sent me a replacement frame and told me to just swap out the lenses. Which would have been fine if you could get the screws out of the frames, but it was literally impossible. So then they sent me a whole new pair. Great customer service!!
Once I got them and was able to wear them, they are SO TIGHT behind the ears. I can only wear them for a few hours before it kills my head. Very disappointing as I had even checked the measurements.. but it’s just simply the design of the arms.
