It's convenient to have both sunglasses and glasses at all times.
The only negative is the possibility of misplacing the sunglass magnet. Because if its smaller size, I've misplaced it more easily than I do regular sunglasses.

The blue light has definitely saved my eyes from any strain. These don’t make my ears sore at any point. Highly recommend these frames, simple, and get the job done, seriously, I love these SO MUCH. CLIP ONS: Personally, I don’t like the sunglass clip on piece, but when I need them I’ll wear them. Nothing against them, they certainly get the job done. Just a personal preference.
