hace 21 díasThese glasses don't fit like they supposed to. Quality of ALL Zenni products has gone down terribly over the past few years, yet prices keep going up. If you're going to offer subpar products, don't charge a fortune for them. Or, at the very least, have a decent customer service team that cares about fixing issues. The sizing guide is NOT accurate, and there's no consistency whatsoever. I'm beyond disappointed that I've spent so much time and money when all I want is to be able to see. I still have a bunch of store credit from previous returns of inaccurate, cheap, awful glasses, but it isn't even worth it to use. I'll probably just throw these in the trash since the return process involves writing an essay with citations on why a bad pair of glasses is bad before the sales rep will finally give in and let you return them.
