I have been a customer for some time and I truly appreciate the excellent platform Zenni has built. The variety, pricing, and overall experience are fantastic. However, I have noticed that over the years the delivery times seem to be getting longer rather than shorter.
Most customers ordering prescription glasses usually do so because they need them relatively urgently. When the processing and shipping times become extended, it can create difficulties for customers who depend on their glasses for daily activities.
My suggestion is simply that Zenni continue working on improving delivery times, or perhaps offer clearer and more accessible options that allow customers to receive their glasses faster without creating a significant additional cost.
You have a wonderful service and product. Improving the speed of fulfillment would make the experience even better and would certainly strengthen customer loyalty.
