hace 5 díasI received my sunglasses and I really love them. However, I could not see out if them. I contacted customer service and after they reviewed, it was determined I did not enter my prescription correctly. They went above and beyond allowing me to get a full refund or a store credit. That is very, very generous considering I was totally at fault by entering the prescription wrong. I opted for a refund, but I did go ahead and reorder them considering how much I liked the style. Thank you Zenni for having fantastic customer service! I look forward to getting my new shades with the correct prescription which I triple-checked this time!
