Somehow I ordered bifocals
hace 20 díasI had ordered glasses from you before and I love them. However, this pair came and they were bifocals. I’m not sure how that happened and I wish that you would let the style and details of the last order to make it easier to just put in a change of script.
The person I reached at your service department was incredibly helpful and also told me that the glasses I chose would be too large for my face and wouldn’t work. I don’t know how I may have known that otherwise. She actually picked a list out of glasses for me. Only I had been advised before to use medium size glasses and the list had mostly large ones.
Your service was wonderful to accept my resume, send me a call tag to return them.
I just think more help is necessary.
