I have 2 frames of these, and these are the only frames that fits my high wide cheek boned face. I do not like shopping for glasses because most frames don't fit my face. If you will not bring this frame back, PLEASE come out with a very close similar frame as this!! Thank you!! I miss this on the website!

hace 3 añosUsing the website took a little figuring out, but the try on feature was worth it. The glasses are feather light even in my crazy Rx. My vision with the progressive lenses is amazing. No need for "distance glasses" and "computer glasses". I love them!

I recently unearthed them from some box in storage and my prescription hasn't changed more or less and when I put them on and took some selfies I really really liked them. The metal frames are super light and the design is cute. The plastic bits that cover the part of the frame that goes over the ears have clearly shrunk away from the metal but also it's not really noticeable if you're not looking for it and it doesn't affect the function of the glasses at all. Also I have a particularly wide face (I'm always looking for frame width 140mm and up) and these fit the best of all of the glasses I have gotten from Zenni.

These sit very low on my face
hace 5 añosI'm sending these back, just because they sit so low on my face and I can't get it adjusted to be any higher. I know i'm supposed to bend the nose pads in, but it feels like these are plastic and will snap if I try to bend them anymore than they already are. They also are a lot lighter in color than I expected. They're not just a simple gold frame. They have a clear border around them.

Zenni confirmed that the glasses had been shipped, but, for some unexplained reason, had been returned to their office without ever having been delivered to me. Their response to my urgent inquiries was that they would 're-ship' my glasses, only should this be agreeable to me!?!#!! They would not confirm that they would send my glasses through priority post, nor would they provide an estimated delivery date. I regularly order numerous items through Amazon Prime, whereby the typical turnaround is 48hrs. One would expect that, given the inconvenience and total frustration Zenni has incurred me, they would extend the simple curtesy by re-sending the glasses by the quickest means possible. Their customer support team sound like robots, who demonstrate absolutely zero insight into customer service or customer retention. Beware - Do not deal with this business !
