hace 7 horasI received the glasses shortly, so it didn't take long. The only thing (and it's me, not the product or Zenni) is I needed adjustable nose pads. I love how this pair looks on me but it doesn't have adjustable nose pads so they are too close to my face, that when I get warm, the lenses fog up. I ended up buying a different type of glasses that has adjustable nose pad and it works better. Also I couldn't find a way to losen the temple tips so that felt a little tight for me. Otherwise I really like the glasses.

hace 3 díasUnfortunately, I ended up making the hard decision to return this pair of glasses. I really liked them. The progressive lenses were great. But, the plastic temple arms were not able to be adjusted to my liking. I tried several times to adjust them according to Zenni suggestions, but nothing helped. I didn't want to chance breaking them, so I reached out for a return authorization. After 3 days, I finally got the information needed to return them for a refund. Due to the wait, I am concerned that I will not receive a refund, only a store credit. I mailed them the same day I received the label, which only gave 1 business day before the 14 days return period. I am still waiting to hear back from Zenni about my return.
