hace 6 añosThese frames looked incredibly cheap in person. I got them as sunglasses and the darkest brown tint they had turned out as bright orange — not useful for shading your eyes at all! So disappointing. And then I returned and only got store credit. Be careful when ordering sunglasses! None of the tints are dark enough.

Good product and value - order process confusing and terrible support
hace 6 añosGood product but the online ordering process is beyond confusing with too many options. I order my first pair over a year ago with no issues. I then have ordered twice since then and both orders were not what I wanted or needed. The cause was confusing and conflicting information on their online ordering process. Too many options that get extremely complicated and then you lose track of the core options you need. And at the end there is on step by step process to verify you order. My first glasses were bifocals with progressive shading for sunglasses for inside to outside. My second pair I wanted the exact same thing but with blue blocker for computer work. I could not decipher all the correct options. I then spent an hour on hold then 30 minutes with a support rep to verify if ive odered the correct options. .But they cant see your order! She was not helpful at all and did not seem interested in trying to validate if I got what I needed. When the order was delivered the glasses did not have my bifocals and were useless as my work glasses for working at the computer all day. Very frustrating dealing with Zenni and there confusing system and lack of helpful support. Plus to add insult to injury they will only offer a 50% return. I was happy to return for store credit. But no only a 50% return. I would not be so up if it wasnt for the fact I spent so much time trying to get assistance and help on my order and got zilch. I would NOT recommend Zenni for any complex order.
