hace 6 díasi ordered this glasses one month ago, i have 3 pairs so i use this ones just when i go out, thats like 1 or 2 times a week, and they broke while i was cleaning them, i think they look great, but poor quality

Beware! Not worth it!
hace 6 díasI have been a customer for more than 10 years and never had an issue with my orders or the glasses. This is my very first negative experience, so do not take my suggestion lightly. Do not order these glasses! They broke in less than 2 months. I’ve bought cheaper looking ones that also cost less than these and last me years. But this one is as fragile as a rose petal. I don’t break my glasses. I have tons cause I love wearing different styles (not all from Zenni). I don’t recall placing them in any particular way to risk damaging them. I simply grabbed them from my coffee table and one of the side arms fell. They weren’t cheap cause they have a progressive prescription and I ordered them with transitions tint. I don’t think I’ll get a refund or credit but that would help if they at least provide that option.

hace 6 díasI absolutely loved these glasses up until both arms began to bend and break away from the screws after only 4 months. I looked up the reviews and unfortunately, this is a common problem with these frames. I have a dozen Zenni frames, so this is really disappointing.
