I am very picky about frames -- I like them slightly heavier/tighter. These are lightweight for me, definitely not the lightest I have ever worn, but lighter than most. They look like sitting on them would end worse than my expensive eye doctor frames. But they are really comfy, which I was worried about not being able to try them on. I also found the webcam 'try on' feature pretty accurate.
Little sad I didn't get the blue light on these cause I would love to wear them at my computer at work. The purple isn't too light or too dark, I drove for about an hour with them on and I think they did pretty good with sun, though I wouldn't wear them to the beach.
