hace 8 mesesthey are super wide and slide off my nose/ face so I can’t wear them. I thought maybe they just needed tightened but the screws were tight and they still fall off my face and are too big. Super bummed because I like them.

hace 6 añosThese frames are huge! Way too big for my face so adjusting them wasn't an option. This sizing in the description matched up with my current frames so there shouldn't have been an issue. I contacted Zenni and I was told that I could get a store credit minus shipping. I requested a full refund since the sizing issue was not my fault and I was immediately disconnected from the live chat. I received a store credit for the cost of the glasses only.
