Dissatisfied with frames
hace 11 díasThe frames do not stay on my face. The slip off my nose and when I bend over the fall away from my face. I have had then adjusted twice.. I was told by the expert at my eye clinic the the material that the frames of are heat sensitive. Meaning that when I get warm or it is warn outside or in the car they will expand. I found this to be true I left the clinic and they fit my face perfectly. After being in the heat of the day they fell off my nose again. I need to return them for a refund. If possible call me at ***-***-**** to help me resolve this. Debbie Seib
