The image that appears next to my placed order on the status page, IS NOT what I received. I reached out for help from chat and was told exactly what I needed to do. The information provided to me was incorrect. I re-contacted chat and was told I could not exchange them. So, I'm stuck with glasses that I hate. I don't recommend this product at all.
