Is a prescription required to buy contact lenses?

Yes, you will need a valid, unexpired contact lens prescription to purchase contact lenses, including colored lenses without vision correction. A prescription is required to ensure that you receive the correct type of contact lenses for your eyes and that they fit properly.

What if I don’t have a copy of my prescription?

If you don’t have a copy of your prescription, you can still order your contact lenses and we can verify your prescription. Simply add in your eye care provider or clinic’s name, city, and state. We will then verify your prescription. This may take up to 2 business days, so please monitor your email for updates.

When will you have subscriptions for buying contacts?

We're excited to share that contact lens subscriptions are coming soon! With a contacts subscription, you can schedule regular deliveries of your contacts with significant savings compared to buying boxes individually. Stay tuned for more updates!

What should I do if my prescription changes or if I need to update my prescription?

If your contact lens prescription changes and you’ve created an account with us, you can easily update your prescription for future purchases. Log in and go to “My Account” and then “My Prescription” to enter your new prescription details. This will ensure any future contact lens orders are filled according to your latest prescription. If you do not have an account, you will need to provide your new prescription when placing your next order.

Can I use HSA/FSA or vision insurance to purchase contacts?

Yes, you can use your HSA, FSA, or vision insurance to cover the cost of contacts. You can download an HSA/FSA receipt with all the information you need to submit claims from the order tracking page once your order ships. We also support HSA/FSA debit cards for payment.

Where do you ship? How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship contacts to addresses within the United States and its territories. For estimated delivery times, check out our shipping policy, which covers standard, expedited, and next-day shipping options.

Please note that all contacts orders will ship after we have verified your prescription. Once your prescription has been verified, we’ll ship your contact lenses via your selected shipping method.

What if I’m experiencing discomfort with my contact lenses?

If you experience any unexplained eye discomfort, watering, vision change, or redness, remove your lenses immediately and consult your eye care practitioner before wearing your lenses again. Our customer support team is also available at (800) 211-2105 from 5 AM - 9 PM PT, 7 days a week for assistance.

How can I return my order?

You can return contact lenses for any reason within 14 days of receipt as long as they are in their original, unopened boxes. We'll provide a pre-paid shipping label and refund the purchase price, minus a $5 restocking fee. If you’ve opened the box and found that your contact lenses are different from what you ordered or are defective, you can exchange them at no cost within 14 days of receipt.
