Zenni delivered exactly what they promised — and honestly, the quality was even better than I expected. The craftsmanship of the lenses, the clarity, and the overall build feel on par with (and in some ways better than) what I’ve purchased in retail optical stores.
The value is unbeatable. I was able to pack more lens features into my Zenni order than my last in‑store pair, and still paid far less. Their selection is huge, with something for every style, every face shape, and every budget. They also accept HSA/FSA benefits, and even offer a 10% ID.me discount — which I didn’t realize until after my purchase.
My only drawback is personal: this was my first time ordering glasses online, and I chose a frame style different from what I normally wear. Even with Zenni’s sizing tools and resources, the pair I picked ended up a bit smaller and tighter than I prefer. That’s on me, not them — and now I know exactly what size to choose next time.
Overall, this is absolutely a 100% worthwhile experience, especially if you want quality, customization, and serious savings.
