2 years agoWhen I got these frames, I wasn’t sure what I thought about them, but I have been stopped in the airport, in the mall and other places and told at least 12 to 15 times a day how much they like my glasses. Zinni should give me a free pair of glasses just by how many people I have told to order their glasses from them. I know I have told 6 to 8 people where I got my glasses and how reasonable they were so I have definitely decided I love my glasses and I will keep them

2 years agoI absolutely love this frame. It is a solid feel while not heavy in weight and a show stopper with elegance. However, the lenses have a defect. When I am near a light source such as the sun or fixtures, the lenses have a foggy cast to them. It is very disappointing so I called customer service. They asked for photos which showed this cast and I was able to provide them and was told I would receive a reply in 2-3 business days. No response from the "team" so I called 7 days later only to be told there is nothing wrong. I returned these and placed a new identical order and 2 weeks later received these with the very same foggy cast. I will keep trying for Zenni to get this right. Fyi, I have been purchasing my glasses from Zenni for ten years.
