Also includes 3 assorted ear cushions: small, medium and large for an even more secure fit. Attach the strap to the glasses’ temple arms to the desired fit (snug but not tight). I purchased these as a back up pair, but he likes them more than the pair we got from the optometrist office. The customizations are amazing and the fit is perfect. I always look at the measurements from his optometrist office glasses to ensure the size will align with his face and that helps me with ensuring the size is a good fit.
