Incredibly deceptful marketing.
14 days agoIt seems Zenni has the "deny the complaint and gaslight the customer" method of customer service. When I reached out to them about the "mirror" quality of the lenses might have been defective, they assured me they were not. Based on the fact there is a very slight hue of red at very specific and particular angles, they assured me that essentially I was using the product wrong.
I think it's incredibly reasonable for anybody who has ever purchased mirrored polarized glasses to draw the conclusion that these ain't it. By no means are these "mirrored."
The frames are light and comfortable tbh, but holy moly are the lenses and customer service awful.
