Glasses didn’t fit on the bridge of my nose they made it very simple to return and choice for a credit which I choose to do because I really liked the glasses and they helped me to pick out a similar pair that they said should fit the bridge of my nose so the story goes on when I get the credit and order the recommended pair of glasses

Changing arms are awful. They twist out constantly. Otherwise decent.

The manufacturer decided to save money by doing away with the screws that hold the temples to the frames. They are simply "snapped" on with an L-shaped piece of metal that fits into an L-shaped channel on the plastic temples. Unfortunately, this means that with the slightest bit of pressure, the bracket pops out of the plastic hole, and there is literally NO WAY to snap it back in. In the photo, you can see where I tried to use pliers to fit the pieces together after pressing it together by hand proved futile. The pliers did not work either. I had trouble getting past Zenni's robot gatekeeper to talk to a real person, but once I FINALLY did they were able to send me a replacement frame. However, I would prefer that the frames did not break so easily. The frames themselves are very nice looking, and good for either male or female. I feel like they would have been perfect except for the poorly designed temple-to-frame connection.
