Vibrant Blue Color Frames are OUTSTANDING!
a month agoI got these in the blue color, which is a BEAUTIFUL color, so vibrant and full of energy. These are an excellent choice for people of any age (I'm a 67-year-old man), for people who want to make a statement with their glasses, and for people who aren't afraid of getting attention. The color commands everybody's attention, for sure, and makes people focus their attention on you better. These are very sporty-looking, with will especially appeal to young people (although we can all be "sporty," no matter what age we are. For older people like me who wear these glasses, the color and the shape make you look more energetic and full of life (even if your age indicates otherwise!) It's amazing the different attitude people have toward me when I'm wearing these glasses. And my wife absolutely loves them.
The shape of these frames is perfect: rectangular rims with a bit of an uplift on the outside of the rims. And I still cannot praise the color enough--it's absolutely stunning. It reminds me of the color and look of those old, glass Phillips Milk of Magnesia bottles from decades ago (the currently-used plastic bottles of that product try to duplicate that color, but the old blue glass bottles looked much better, and looked remarkable like the color of these frames in the blue color.
Zenni offers a lot more frame colors in some of their small sized (kid) frames, but kids aren't the only ones who enjoy and look good in colorful frames. I was happy that these frames are large size, which is a perfect fit for me. In the future, I would love to see Zenni offer these frames (and ones similar to them, in the large size) in many different vibrant colors, such as vibrant neon green (or bright lime green or chartreuse), phlox neon purple, deep neon sky blue, and other fun, lively colors that command attention.
I've noticed that a lot of "power people" wear glasses frames in brighter colors like this. Compared to the more traditional neutral-colored glasses frames (black, gold silver, gun metal, rimless), people who wear these more brightly-colored (that are not neutral colors) look more confident and self-assured. And people wearing these colorful frames also look more energetic, and more interesting (at least in my opinion.)
Of course, if you want frames that blend into the background more, and that don't command everyone's attention, then I'm sure that these frames in the black color option would also be a good choice, mainly because of the shape of the frames and rims are wonderful.
These frames are also very comfortable, and fit me perfectly. And, my vision with these glasses is nice and clear, with Zenni filling my prescription perfectly with high-quality lenses (with the extra coatings and options of my choice), as always. (This is the third pair of glasses I've ordered from Zenni.) These frames are also good for people who prefer glasses frames that do not have silicone nose pads, since the nose rests on these frames is built into the frames themselves (blue plastic, in my color.) I have worn very comfortable glasses of both types, with silicone nose pads, and without them, and I don't really have a preference of one over the other, but some people might (for whatever reason.) But one advantage of frames that don't have silicone nose pads is that you don't have silicone nose pads that can fall off (which the eventually almost always do), and you have fewer screws that could eventually work their way loose and fall out.
I highly recommend these frames. They look great, and are a great value, too.
