2 days agoI have been a die hard Zenni customer for maybe 20 years. I ordered these same frames 3 years ago and they have been my favorite everyday glasses since the day they arrived. I ordered a new pair of the exact frame this month because I wanted my every day glasses to also have transitions lenses.
They just arrived and my heart sank. My old frames have a beautiful deep glossy black finish. These new frames look like matte gunmetal. Not black. Not glossy. Is this a quality control mistake? Or has the quality changed? I will be writing to customer service.
