RETURN POLICY – KANSAS AND GEORGIA

  • TERMS & CONDITIONS
    1. New orders for eyeglasses with a shipping address in Kansas or Georgia, USA, are eligible for a 100% purchase-price cash refund on returns -- excluding any amounts paid for shipping and/or Fast Frame Delivery -- or a one-time-use 100% Store Credit for the full order amount, inclusive of shipping and/or Fast Frame Delivery charges.
    2. Deadline to submit request is 21 days from date of delivery for refund, or 45 days from date of delivery for store credit.
    3. Orders purchased with Store Credit, Gift Cards, or Promotional Codes are subject to restrictions of refund amount per item 8 below.
    4. Zenni Optical reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with the new terms applicable to any orders placed after the new terms become effective.
  • REFUNDS & RETURNS
    1. If you are not satisfied with your eligible eyeglasses shipped to a Kansas or Georgia address for any reason, simply notify us as outlined in item 7 below, and return them for your refund or store credit as described above.
    2. Accessories for which you purchased separately from your eyeglasses, that are unused and returned in their original condition, can be returned for 100% cash refund or 100% store credit (both excluding shipping), which will be issued back to the credit card used to place the order.
    3. You must contact Zenni Customer Support to obtain a return authorization (RA) number before returning any items and these items must be returned to us within 30 days of receiving the issued RA.
    4. Orders paid for completely with store credit can only be returned for a 50% refund (excluding shipping) of the store credit amount used to pay for the order. The refund will be issued to the credit card used on the preceding order for which store credit was issued. For orders where both store credit is used together with a credit card to pay for the order, the store credit will only be eligible for a 50% refund (excluding shipping). Any Zenni Gift Card payment is only eligible for a store credit, minus the cost of shipping.
    5. This Return Policy is subject to all the provisions of the Standard Terms and Conditions.
