grossly out of alignment
6 years agoOverall I was pretty impressed with my first Zenni experience. Lots of help videos and easy to input data such as prescription and PD. But I was very disappointed when I actually opened the package and removed the glasses. The frames were terribly out of alignment right out of the box. The left earpiece was fully 1/4 inch higher than the right one and sit very crooked on my face. Zenni does have a video for adjusting glasses which is helpful. And I might expect to make minor tweaks to the adjustment for optimum fit. But to have them so grossly misaligned and requiring major adjustment out of the pack is very disappointing. Customer Service apologized and said if they are still crooked after trying to adjust them to send them a photo. That is nice I suppose, but does not change the fact that they sent me a bent pair, not even close in alignment. I've spent a lot of time just getting them "in the ballpark" let alone finely adjusted.

8 years agoI dropped them a short distance and the frame cracked and a lens popped out. Very disappointed in the quality. I spent a fair amount on these only a short time ago and now they are trash.
