Poor fitting- glasses were extremely loose
6 years agoI decided to go for the plastic lenses for my second pair- with my first pair being a metal material.
Buy metal. I used these plastic glasses for about 11 months and it was a pretty frustrating 11 months. Dunno why I decided to go so long before replacing them again. Went metal with my 3rd pair.
They fitted poorly from the get-go-- due to zenni's return policy I decided to just **** it up and keep the pair as is. The glasses were way too wide- but not too wide from one hinge to another hinge. How do I describe it? So both these metallic pairs fit on my face and are able to GRIP onto my fat head. Both arms are parallel to each other- thats why they can grip onto my head. This plastic pair was shaped like trapezoid- with the arms being further away from each other at their ends than they are at the hinges. The flimsy design meant the glasses were constantly falling off my face. It meant I had to constantly adjust my glasses and had to hold my head at a weird angle when I had to do anything that required me to look down. I would be able to temporarily fix it by putting some electric tape to make a stopper between the hinge and the arm-- the tape forced the arms to be parallel to each other and meant the glasses would grip onto my head. Sort of. Not so much on a hot day- and the tape wore out after like a week so I had to replace it pretty often.
I guess I don't have anyone to blame but myself for continuing to use such a shoddy pair for so long. But man- these glasses are terrible. Stick to the metal pairs.

6 years agoLove my Zenni glasses. This is the second pair and I’m sure there will be a third.

Pretty good
7 years agoThe glasses fit well and look good. The only downside being that the silver side decoration breaks off easily. It lasted for a year.
