15 days agoIt's been awhile since I used Zenni, but living outside the US and needing a pair of glasses after losing my good pair over the side of the boat fighting a group, I gave them a shot. Glasses got here in just over a week and emails kept me up to date on progress. Pretty darn quick. The glasses themselves were of good quality, had the correct RX, and fit as expected (ordered by lense, bridge, and arm size of my previous pairs).
I do wish I could order the bifocal reader a bit larger, as it is smaller than I'm used to, but small thing to complain about. I'm very happy with both the service, and the product.

Disappointed with new glasses
25 days agoThe frames are too heavy and are uncomfortable to wear. The quality of the lens is poor and vision is poor. I am unable to wear these to drive and had to switch back to my old glasses.
