I loved these glasses and I am so so so sad that you have discontinued this lens and frame. I may have to shop somewhere else to try and get something similar.

Bithing about unresponsive corporations that never listen to the customers, zenni used to be cool. Now they just don't give two chits(
2 years agoI've had to raise hell to get any service! I remember when zenni truly cared, and while I broke many pairs of glasses, but they were cheap. And if they fell apart zenni would send you some spare nuts + washers + bolts no problem0. Now they just say "NO" we don't do that unless your willing to flip out on them and COMPLAIN LOUDLY. That Is the only way they respond or ever let you talk to a manager. Employees shouldn't feel scared to connect a supervisor to a customer. I Never complain about customer service agents they have a crappy job, and my complaints are focused on company policy ( not the poor person dealing with a cranky olde customer, those people have it bad enough.
