6 years agoI love the frames but I had to look to the side to be able to see clearly.
It was my First time getting Progressives here, single lens I have never had a problem with but this was a bit strange.

First pair was great. Reorder and they are CRAP
6 years agoFirst pair my niece broke so I just reordered. This are very loose and creaky and not substantial AT ALL. they want me to send them back and pay for another pair to THEN see if they will refund me. These are my only pair of glasses so I’m not sending them in and paying for another pair without 100% knowing I don’t end up with having bought another pair. ****. I only order my glasses from here. Every got amazing polarized prescription. The lack of willing to work with me and make it right is why I will never order from zenni again. Unfortunate
