3 days agoI gave a one star review because I did not receive the glasses on time. I ordered them on September 15. I paid for a rush order. I kept checking the status on my order and it continued to stay on “processing” longer than it should have. I reached out via email. Purchase was confirmed and I was promised my glasses would be processed soon. Still nothing. I reached out via the chat. Order was confirmed and I was reimbursed the rush order that I placed. Glasses were not sent out until the 25th and I got them in the mail today, September 30. The site was highly recommended by a co worker who orders her glasses from your website all the time. I was disappointed that I did not receive them on time.

Frames live up to their price
3 days agoThey are fine for a pair of cheap frames. Very light weight but in a flimsy cheap way. They squeak when opening and closing them. The lenses are what really ****. The glare on them is terrible. I could never wear them anywhere but my house because it is a safety hazard. Not sure if the lenses weren't cut to the right size for the frames so there is some bending, but I cannot wear these for a long time due to the glare. I got these because I am a full time contact user but will be having a newborn soon so I wanted something cheap that I could wear so I am not drying out my eyes wearing contact literally 24/7. I will only be able to use these during the night time with dim lighting. My hair also seems to get caught in these more than my high quality glasses.
