4 years agoBecause these glasses have nose pieces, which I didn't realize, they did not fit correctly on my face at all. When I looked straight through them, all I could see was the bifocal part. I even tried to watch the video about adjusting the fit, but they just didn't work for me no matter how much I wanted to LOVE these glasses! However, the customer service I received was excellent! Xenni helped me return my glasses for a full refund and order a different pair that look and work GREAT! Thank you, Xenni!!!
