4 years agoI was really excited to try zenni, but my experience has been horrible. I first ordered frames that measured the same width as my previous frames. When they came, they were way too small. They fit my 6-year-old. No problem. I sent them back for store credit and was just out the shipping cost. So next time, I ordered a few mm bigger, but the supposedly larger pairs were still much too small. The temples squeeze the sides of my head behind my ears and give me a headache. Now I'm screwed, because the store credit I used from the first pair is only eligible for a 50% refund, plus I've now paid for shipping twice. Zenni customer service won't make it right. What a racket. I won't order from this company again, and will definitely not recommend to friends.

4 years agoFrames are cute. They're a little smaller than I'm use to. I like the color better than I thought I would have.. but, overall, the fit is tight. I would recommend these for someone with a smaller face.

4 years agoThey look nice on me. My 1st order from Zenni. They run small despite having sizes listed. They are not as smooth in the progressive lens changing spots as my previous progressives have been. Very distinct lines, not gradual fade. Not as good of sight over all as pairs costing $200 or more but worth the price & good back up pair.
