First pair of glasses
4 days agoTMy eye doctor recommmended Zenni. Being a first time purchaser I was nervous doing an online order for glasses. Virtual try on was great. I did make a mistake on the first order contacting them and they were fantastic with my cancellation and re-order. I rec'd my glasses with my new prescription. Everything was great!!!!!!! So I went and ordered another pair in a different color frame same style. Also extremely affordable. The glasses are a tad tight because they are new. My old glasses would fall off my face if I turned the wrong way. They need to just loosen a bit.

Previous Zenni glasses looked higher quality
18 days agoI am thrilled that I could shop by size - my face is small but I’m not a kid. The virtual try on is getting better (I’ve been buying Zennis for years and I’ve been wearing the same frame for 4 years so I figured it was time for a change.) These looked like they’d be more tortoiseshell but the top part of the frame looks mostly black and like a cheap plastic. The worst thing is that the arm on one side is digging into the skin above one ear and I don’t know how to adjust that - or if I can without damaging the frame (since it feels cheap and I don’t want to break it.) These are 1/4 the price of similar glasses that I picked out at my eye doctor’s office, but I’m bummed that these don’t look or feel as good of quality as my previous orders.
