How do I order glasses online?

Select your favorite frame, select prescription or non-prescription lenses, enter your prescription details if needed, choose lens options, and complete your purchase—it's that easy!

Do I need my prescription before ordering?

Yes, you'll need your most recent prescription and your PD (Pupillary Distance). PD (Pupillary Distance) is the distance between your pupils, ensuring your lenses are positioned correctly for clear vision. We have an online tool to make this easy if it’s not included with your prescription.

How do I read my prescription?

Your prescription includes sphere (SPH), cylinder (CYL), and axis measurements. Enter these as provided by your optometrist. You can upload your prescription, and we’ll take of the rest.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping on US orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days, depending on location and customization. Please see shipping details for more options.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll help you with a full refund within 14 days or store credit within 30 days. Shipping costs are not included.
