Just what I needed
4 days agoMy dogs chewed up my previous 3 pairs of eyeglasses so I needed a place to get new ones that wasn't expensive and preferably that I might be able to replace. Zenni was just the ticket. And the glasses I purchased were better quality than the previous place.

8 days agoI ordered computer glasses with transition to reading. The level of transition is too high so I can't use it for the computer. This not the worst part. They make it almost impossible to report a problem and return glasses. I think this is their business model to decrease losses and increase profits. A 10-15 minutes after the chat bot promised me a live agent willl be with me "shortly" If you do something else, say on another tab, they will the end the chat. They have horrible customer service. This the first pair of Zenni glasses that were unusable so I guess I will have to no longer use them.
