Sunglasses not dark enough
25 days agoI ordered a pair of dog gray sunglasses in a style different than the ones I had bought several years ago. They came on time and and where well made but they were not as dark as the ones I purchased from them in the different style several years ago. I complain and at first they didn't want to redo them and they told me that this was their new setting for dark gray. I told him that I was really not happy and they finally offered to redo them for me for free in the darker gray. They did and I received a new pair a couple of weeks later. The only problem is that they are identical to the first ones. They might be the new darkness but were not dark enough for me since I have macular degeneration and I need darker lenses. This explains why I I'm giving them a reading of four out of five. If you like slightly lighter dark glasses, your will find them perfect.

a month agoThe hardest part of the order is making sure to input the correct numbers of your prescription. Everything else was simple. Plenty of choices, and let’s talk about pricing! I couldn’t believe the deal I got. Delivery is fairly quick too! I’ve only ordered 2 pair of glasses from Zenni, but will absolutely be back to order more in the future!

Second pair is a bust!
2 months agoI lost my first pair of prescription sunglasses, so I ordered another because I liked them so much. I haven’t had this second pair 6 months and the screw has come out of it 3 times in the last week!! The last time, I wasn’t able to catch the lens in time before it fell to the ground and took a huge chunk out of the lens. So disappointing!!!
