temple/hinges too fragile
7 days agoIt is strange that on a frame with nitinol (indestructible) arms the temples and hinges are apparently pot metal and one can’t buy the arms separately on which the weak part of the hinge is part.

22 days agothis is the third pair of glasses I bought from you that broke early. The last time the person recommended I buy titanium because it would be stronger. I did and they broke after 1 month. What happened? Ya'll used to have quality products. If Zenni does not make this good I will never spend another penny with your company.
