Very bad quality, but ok customer service
6 years agoMy 8yo son has gone through 3 pairs of these glasses in a month’s time! First pair snapped in half the day we got them, 2nd pair fell apart bc of a cheap stripped screw in the hinge at 2 weeks. Highly do not recommend these glasses for active kids or even sedentary kids for that matter. Zenni customer service has sent me 2 new replacements though, which is acceptable, but I really just wanted my money back each time bc of the poor quality, which I was told was impossible. He is currently wearing his 3rd replacement pair for the last 2 weeks so I’ve made an appointment to get new ones with Visionworks as I know it’s only a matter of (not much more) time. Extremely disappointing purchase...
