Had an issue with the prescription in one pair, and customer service was quick to respond, so we could come to a solution. Got a credit upon sending the pair back, and I immediately reordered more glasses. This is the way companies used to run, with customer service forefront of their business model

2 months agoThe glass are very nice and very good product,but when sizing them on the camera it shows they fit,but when we got them they where smaller than how they shoes on the fitting camera,but can’t send them back to get another pair cause he had to have his glasses,but other than that they are great!
